The different type of massage looks to help re-energise tight tired muscles, improve range of movement around the joints of the body, reduce stress and anxiety and improve circulation of fluids around the circulatory system.

Injury Rehab Clinic
Sports injury rehabilitation is a multi-disciplinary approach to the prevention and treatment of injuries.

During your initial Injury Consultation you will be taken through our 3 step assessment which enables you to clearly understand the root of the problem(s) you are experiencing. Following the consultation you will be provided with a tailored treatment plan to aid recovery and to keep you active and in optimal condition.

What to expect:
​
1) Injury History - During your consultation our highly trained Therapists will enquire about your current & past physical activity, recording details of any injuries you may have previously sustained, gaining a clear timeline of events.
​
2) Assessment - A full body assessment will help identify any underlining damage you may have in or around the muscle. Results of the assessment will determine the starting point of your tailored treatment plan.
​
3) Treatment Plan - You will be provided with a tailored treatment plan which focuses not only on the site of pain/injury but also any underlying causes. This rounded rehabilitation program will prevent the likelihood of the injury reoccurring.
Sports Massage
Sports massage is a form of body work focused primarily on participants of sport. Your sports massage treatment will assist in the prevention of injuries, prepare the body for sporting activity, maintaining optimum condition. Helping athletes recover from injury, sports massage encourages to removal of toxins within the muscles and reduces recovery times between sessions. Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage uses slower, firmer strokes and pressure to other treatments. Your Deep Tissue Massage applies pressure which concentrates on identified areas, working the fibres of muscles and tendons. This will aid in the increase of flexibility within the muscle and around the joints of the body allowing you to feel freer whilst performing everyday activities.
